Instructions
- Roughly chop the frozen raspberries and distribute them evenly into popsicle molds.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, water, and stevia until well combined; adjust sweetness as desired.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the raspberries in the molds, leaving some space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for about 4 hours or overnight.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the mold if needed to release popsicles.
