Instructions
- Slice the chicken into slider-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip it in egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown (5–7 minutes per side).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Assemble sliders by placing the cooked chicken on buns, drizzling with sauce, and adding lettuce or other desired toppings.
