Instructions
- Cut each potato into wedges and soak them in cold water for 20–30 minutes to remove excess starch (optional). Drain and pat dry.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the basket; cook in batches if necessary. Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley or grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
