Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, granulated sugar, softened butter, egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Slice each croissant lengthwise without cutting all the way through and brush with water inside.
- Generously fill each croissant with the almond mixture and sprinkle diced almonds on top.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
