Instructions
- Brew the Tea: In a saucepan, combine water, tea leaves, mint leaves, and sugar. Bring to boil over medium-high heat.

- Strain and Cool: Remove from heat and strain into a measuring cup or pitcher. Allow cooling for about 10 minutes.
