  • 2 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, sesame oil, bread crumbs, ground ginger, beaten eggs, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 ½ inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-23 minutes until cooked through.
  5. While baking, prepare the glaze by combining hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, ground ginger, soy sauce, and sriracha in a skillet over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
