- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, sesame oil, bread crumbs, ground ginger, beaten eggs, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 ½ inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes until cooked through.
- While baking, prepare the glaze by combining hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, ground ginger, soy sauce, and sriracha in a skillet over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Coat the cooked meatballs in the glaze before serving.
