Instructions

- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla until combined.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in diced strawberries carefully.
- Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full with batter and sprinkle streusel on top.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for about five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
