- 1 cup salted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 and 1/4 cup M&Ms
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix well.
- Blend in granulated sugar and brown sugar until fully combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until incorporated.
- Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined. Fold in oats, M&Ms, and chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 10–13 minutes until edges are firm but centers are slightly underbaked.
- Allow cookies to cool on a rack before enjoying.
