Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix well.
  3. Blend in granulated sugar and brown sugar until fully combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until incorporated.
  4. Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined. Fold in oats, M&Ms, and chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 10–13 minutes until edges are firm but centers are slightly underbaked.
