Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the mushrooms to the bowl and toss until well-coated; let them marinate for about 5 minutes.
- Spread the mushrooms evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through until they are tender and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
