Instructions

- In another bowl, mix eggs, mashed bananas, sugar, and oil until combined.
- Gradually incorporate the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined; fold in nuts if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
