Instructions

- Pour the batter into a greased 9×5 inch baking pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling completely before frosting.
- For the frosting: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until creamy and spread evenly over the cooled cake.
