  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Oil spray
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by combining mayonnaise, scallions, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning or use metal skewers.
