Instructions
- Prepare the berry filling by cooking blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened. Allow it to cool.
- Make the cream filling by beating cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sugar until smooth; then gradually add cold heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Roll out puff pastry, cut into triangles, and fill with spoonfuls of berry and cream mixtures before rolling up tightly.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet at the temperature indicated on the puff pastry package until golden brown.
