Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan.
- Cream softened butter with sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix thoroughly.
- Combine mashed bananas with the mixture.
- Blend dry ingredients separately; fold into wet ingredients.
- Incorporate sour cream gently.
- If desired, add toasted nuts and spices.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling on a rack before slicing.
