- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano & basil)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ½ inch thick. Cut into strips, approximately 1 inch wide.
- Tie each strip into a knot and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and Italian herbs.
- Brush each knot generously with the garlic butter mixture, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant.
