- 16 g whipping cream stabilizer
- 40 g granulated sugar
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- Biscoff cookies
- Biscoff spread
- Ladyfingers

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone, whipping cream stabilizer, vanilla sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix for one minute until smooth.
- Gradually add heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks form.
- Cut ladyfingers into thirds; line the sides of a baking ring with them and fill the base with smaller pieces.
- Layer the dessert: pipe cream over the ladyfinger base, add Biscoff spread, sprinkle crushed cookies, and repeat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- For serving, drizzle warm Biscoff spread on top and garnish with strawberries.
