  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 68 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1.5 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken to even thickness and rub with olive oil and blackened seasoning.
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until dark amber on one side.
  3. Flip chicken, reduce heat, add butter and garlic; cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Remove chicken and rest under foil.
  5. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Stir in cream and additional blackened seasoning; bring to a low boil for 5 minutes.
  7. Cook pasta per package instructions; reserve pasta water before draining.
  8. Add parmesan to the sauce; stir until melted and adjust seasonings.
  9. Combine cooked noodles with sauce; top with sliced chicken.
