Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients until just mixed; fold in blueberries.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon muffin batter into lined muffin tins, add cream cheese filling, then top with more batter.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown; cool before serving.
