Instructions

- Gradually combine the dry mixture with the wet ingredients without overmixing.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll chilled dough into balls, create an indentation, and fill with blueberry jam before reshaping.
- Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool slightly then roll in powdered sugar; dust again once cooled.
