- 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 3 cups mini vegan marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat. Add the mini vegan marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
- Carefully fold in the fresh blueberries until evenly distributed.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan using a spatula or your hands.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the top of the Rice Krispies mixture.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
