Ingredients
- 1 jar maraschino cherries with stems, drained
- 1/2 cup Fireball cinnamon whiskey
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Blue sanding sugar (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, soak cherries in Fireball and vodka for at least 1 hour. Drain and pat dry.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each cherry two-thirds into melted chocolate, then coat the bottom third in blue sanding sugar.
- Place on parchment-lined tray and chill for at least 20 minutes until set.
