  • 1/3 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 and 1/4 cups Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white apple vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 and 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the turkey on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until crispy. Let it cool and chop into pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise), lemon zest and juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, dry mustard, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
  3. Chop the broccoli into small florets. Add chopped broccoli to the bowl along with cranberries, sunflower seeds, cheddar cheese, and most of the turkey.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly until well-coated with dressing.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for at least an hour to enhance flavors.
