Instructions
- Wash and trim the broccoli; cut into small florets.
- Cook turkey in a skillet until crispy; crumble into pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, turkey, red onion, raisins, cranberries, and cheddar cheese.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour dressing over the salad mixture; stir until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
