Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions and grease muffin pan.
- Fill each muffin cup with about 2 tablespoons of batter and bake for 10-12 minutes until tops are set but slightly undercooked.
- Cool for 15 minutes; create a slight cavity if needed.
- Add ice cream on top of each brownie, filling cups to the brim. Freeze overnight until firm.
- Before serving, run a knife around edges and lift out cupcakes; serve with assorted toppings.
