  4. In the same skillet, sauté remaining garlic, then add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until smooth; adjust thickness with reserved pasta water if necessary.
  6. Toss cooked linguine in the creamy sauce, then add seared chicken on top.
  7. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
