Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine yellow cake mix and sprinkles. Stir well.
- Add melted coconut oil, milk, and egg; mix until fully combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
