- 6 cups Rice Krispie Cereal
- 1 bag mini vegan marshmallows (14–16 oz)
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 14 oz caramels (about 45 pieces)
- 6 oz chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare a greased 9×13 pan or line with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and mini marshmallows over medium-low heat until smooth.
- Mix in Rice Krispies until well combined; press into the prepared pan.
- Melt caramels with 1/4 cup cream over a double boiler; pour over the base and chill briefly.
- Melt chocolate chips with remaining cream; spread over caramel layer.
- Top with chopped pecans and more chocolate chips if desired; allow to set before cutting.
