Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the honey until combined.
- Add sliced pears to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens with crumbled blue cheese and toasted walnuts.
- Top the salad with warm caramelized pears.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
