Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and spices.
- Place flank steak in a resealable bag or dish; pour marinade over it and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness.
- Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain into thin strips.
- Warm tortillas on the grill. Assemble tacos with sliced steak and toppings like cilantro and onion. Serve with lime wedges.
