Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Marinate the flank steak in the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated steak for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
- Allow the steak to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
- Warm corn tortillas on a skillet and assemble tacos with sliced steak topped with pico de gallo and guacamole.
