Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, celery, red onion, cheddar cheese, and apple slices. Season with freshly cracked black pepper.
  2. In a mason jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, red apple vinegar, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Seal tightly and shake until well blended.
  3. Pour half of the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat. Adjust with more dressing if desired.
