- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown the ground beef, seasoning with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add beef broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted.
- Combine the cooked beef and rotini into the sauce, tossing gently to coat.
- Serve warm garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan if desired.
