Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 16 equal-sized cubes and pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, minced garlic, and salt.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well; allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread four pieces of marinated chicken onto each skewer; repeat until all pieces are used.
- Preheat your grill (outdoor or indoor) and cook the kebabs for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked through. Brush lightly with olive oil during grilling.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
