Ingredients
- 3 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs on a cutting board and cover with plastic wrap. Optionally tenderize them.
- In a large bowl or zip bag, mix together yogurt, minced garlic, spices, vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper with the chicken.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours (overnight recommended).
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grill chicken for 8-10 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Let rest before slicing and serve warm.
