- 1 OREO crust
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 20 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream (plus additional 2 tbsp)
Instructions
- Prepare the OREO crust in a 9-inch springform pan.
- Melt 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips with ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream in the microwave until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; add sour cream and vanilla.
- Whip remaining heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour melted chocolate into the filling and fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the crust and refrigerate for at least four hours until set.
