Ingredients
- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt together. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.
- For the ganache, heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips in a bowl and stir until smooth.
- Once brownies are cooled, pour ganache on top and let it set before slicing.

Keywords: Use high-quality chocolate for the ganache for enhanced flavor. Don't overmix the batter; mix until just combined for fudgier brownies. Feel free to substitute strawberries with raspberries or blueberries for different flavors.
