Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a rectangular baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and melted butter; whisk until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once slightly cooled, poke holes evenly across the surface of the cake.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, warm heavy cream until simmering; then remove from heat and stir in dark chocolate chips until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the poked cake and let it absorb completely as it cools.
- Top with fresh berries just before serving.
