- 2 cups heavy cream

- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

- 4 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon vegan gelling agent for a firmer texture
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and orange zest over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and mix in the orange juice and vanilla extract until combined.
- Place broken dark chocolate in a separate bowl and pour the warm cream mixture over it. Let it sit for a few minutes before stirring until smooth.
- If desired, dissolve vegan gelling agent in warm water and stir into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour into serving glasses or ramekins, filling them three-quarters full.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours or overnight to set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with orange zest, whipped cream, or chocolate shavings.
