- 175 grams butter
- 90 grams caster sugar

- 50 grams cornflour
- Zest of 1 orange
- 75 grams chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and caster sugar until light and fluffy using an electric mixer.
- Mix in the orange zest until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cornflour, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a lined baking sheet with enough space between each cookie.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
