- 20 Oreo cookies

- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup homemade salted caramel sauce

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies and mixing with melted butter. Press into a pie dish and chill.
- For the mousse filling, melt chocolate, whip one cup of heavy cream, then fold in the cooled chocolate and salted caramel.
- Spoon the mousse into the chilled crust and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Make the peanut butter whipped cream by whipping together heavy cream, peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread over the mousse layer.
- Drizzle additional caramel, melted peanut butter, and melted chocolate on top before serving.
