Instructions
- Prepare your candy mold by placing it on a stiff baking sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Coat the molds with melted chocolate, ensuring even coverage; chill for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt soft caramels with heavy cream until smooth, then mix in chopped pecans.
- Fill each mold with caramel mixture up to 1/8" from the top.
- Seal with remaining melted chocolate; chill for 20 minutes.
- Unmold your eggs and decorate with melted white chocolate and sprinkles if desired.
