- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast (cubed)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 3 tablespoons cilantro leaves (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch paprika
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cubed chicken, minced garlic, lime juice, chili flakes, chopped cilantro, salt, and paprika. Stir well.
- Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the mixture and stir again to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for best results).
- Thread three pieces of marinated chicken onto each skewer.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill kebabs for about 10 minutes until cooked through and slightly charred, basting with remaining olive oil as needed.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
