Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until combined.
- Pour half the batter into the loaf pan. Mix the cinnamon swirl ingredients and spread half over the batter. Top with remaining batter and swirl in the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling before frosting with a blend of powdered sugar, melted vegan butter, and cream cheese.
