- 1 cup freshly grated zucchini

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and grated zucchini until well combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir gently until just mixed.
- For the cinnamon swirl filling, mix melted butter with sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Drizzle half of the cinnamon filling over it and swirl gently with a knife. Add remaining batter and repeat with the rest of the filling.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cooling in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Drizzle with glaze made from mixing powdered sugar and milk.
