Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare an 8 ½ x 4 ½-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until blended.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling for about 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture while still warm.
