Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Whisk in the sugar, then add eggs and vanilla extract.
- Stir in flour and baking soda until just combined, then fold in mashed bananas.
- In a separate bowl, mix together cinnamon sugar swirl ingredients until thickened.
- Layer the batter and swirl mixture in the prepared pan: start with batter, dollop with cinnamon mixture, then swirl with a knife.
- Repeat layering until all batter and swirl mixture are used up.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
