Instructions
- Boil water in a saucepan. Add eggs gently and cook for 7-8 minutes for soft-boiled texture. Transfer to an ice bath before peeling.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the sausages until browned on all sides (about 6-8 minutes).
- In a serving bowl, layer cottage cheese on one side, then arrange egg halves, sausages, sauerkraut, avocado slices, and assorted fruits around it.
- Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste. Serve immediately alongside toasted bread.
