Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Incorporate the cornstarch, baking soda, and salt into the mixture.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the milk chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop out portions of dough (about 1/3 cup) onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes for large cookies or about 8 minutes for smaller cookies until edges are golden.
