- 1 pound thick-cut deli turkey or chicken
- 6 large slices of Swiss or Provolone cheese
- 1 ¼ cup cranberry sauce
- 1 package Hawaiian Dinner Rolls (12 count)
- 2 ½ tablespoons melted butter
- 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Horizontally cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and layer turkey on the bottom half.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey and top with slices of cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds.
- Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the assembled rolls.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 12 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
