- 3 ripe bananas

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare two 9×5-inch loaf pans with nonstick spray.
- For the cream cheese filling, beat together cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add one egg and vanilla extract; mix well, then stir in flour. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas, then combine with melted butter and both sugars until blended. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually add to banana mixture until just combined.
- Pour half of the banana batter into each prepared pan. Spoon cream cheese filling on top evenly and cover with remaining batter.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs attached. Cool before slicing.
